Andrea began with RFC in 2015 as a contractor and in 2021 joined the staff full-time to work on land conservation and ecology. Since moving to the Roaring Fork Valley from Colorado’s Front Range in 2005, she has worked on habitat assessments, species surveys, and conservation easements throughout western Colorado. Andrea has a B.A. in Speech Communications, a B.S. in Bio-Agricultural Science, and an M.S. in Entomology from Colorado State University and worked on conservation ecology throughout the western United States before joining RFC. In addition to having a passion for all creatures great and small, she enjoys mountaineering in the high peaks of our continent, and is an avalanche and snow science professional. She enjoys all the outdoor sports the valley has to offer and pretty much any adventure that allows for the exploration of every nook and cranny of our watershed.
