Jeff is a Partner/Shareholder at the law firm of Karp Neu Hanlon, P.C., where his practice focuses on water law, land use, real estate, municipal law, and litigation. After graduating from Wake Forest University with a degree in Political Science and Philosophy in 2004, Jeff attended the University of Denver and received his J.D. and Master’s of Public Policy in 2008. Jeff is active in the community and currently chairs Pitkin County’s Planning & Zoning Commission. He joined the Board in 2015, after several years on RFC’s River Stewards Board. Jeff currently serves on the RFC’s Legal Committee and is Secretary of the Board. He lives in Aspen, CO.
