The Cause

Watershed Exploration program participants exploring Filoha Meadows Open Space. Photo by Eliza HotchikssA this year's River Rendezvous Roaring Fork Conservancy is celebrating watershed protection. The Roaring Fork Watershed encompasses an area the size of Rhode Island (1,451 square miles), from Aspen to Glenwood Springs and Marble to Meredith. The Rivers Council of Roaring Fork Conservancy was created in March of 2000 to support programs and operations of Roaring Fork Conservancy through major fundraising. By participating in the annual River Rendezvous you are making a unique contribution to the many programs that allow Roaring Fork Conservancy to focus on watershed conservation, education, water quality monitoring, research and land conservation. All proceeds from the River Rendezvous benefit Roaring Fork Conservancy.

Roaring Fork Conservancy Staff, Board, and Rivers Council thank you for the past 12 years of support, and hope you'll join us for this year's annual fundraising event.
